The MEGP 25E electric parallel gripper is a lightweight yet powerful gripping system that has been custom-built for and fully integrated with our Meca500 robot arm. Adjustable in both its gripping velocity and gripping force, the MEGP 25E can be controlled directly within the stream of commands used to control the robot. This makes it an extremely efficient and versatile tool for handling a wide range of objects.

The MEGP 25E electric parallel gripper is a collaboration with Mechademic and SCHUNK, designed with parallel grip principle in mind that guarantees maximum contact surface between the workpiece and the gripping fingers which results in high gripping forces. With a gripping force range of −40 N to +40 N, this SCHUNK gripper can handle even the most challenging loads. Plus, its compact design makes it ideal for applications where space is limited.
